… Within three months of my arrival to Canada I was able to find a very good job in my own field, my kids are going to school and enjoying Canada’s education system; this all is done with Brampton Multicultural Community Services’ support and assistance …

… BMC was able to help me in arranging LINC classes, CBT and HST application. This support made a definite difference in the quality of my life and the life of my kin … If it was not for BMC aiding us in this manner I believe that my family and I would have been oblivious to the resources available to us … The challenge a newcomer faces is harsh but not insurmountable if adequate help is provided by government and local people … I would like to thank BMC for helping me and my family in our dire times and without the help of the people at BMC I believe that we would not be set on such a positive direction in life.

As a newcomer to Canada, I found a high profile job in my area of expertise within 3 months upon my arrival. I must admit that this awesome and painless job search result came largely thanks to remarkable people I met in my first weeks upon arrival; including the folks at the Brampton Multicultural Community Center … BMCC gave me a great start. The level of advice their provided was top notch – detailed, customized to my needs and circumstances, showing true care and interest in my profile …

I am very thankful to BMC. When we came here as new immigrants we were much confused, and didn’t know what to do. One of the counsellors gave us all the information regarding how to upgrade our education and how to find a job in Canadian Culture. Now after two years my wife has cleared her RN (Registered Nurse) exam and I am also in the process of upgrading my Dental education. My wife got a job at William Osler health centre. I am very thankful to BMC for kind help to newcomers.
