As part of our continued efforts to expand outreach and strengthen newcomer supports across the Halton Region, Case Management services are now available at our Milton location. Eligible newcomers can access personalized, client-centred support to address barriers, connect with community resources, and work toward greater stability, independence, and successful settlement.
