Community Connections
BMC’s Community Connections program provides settlement services in schools and libraries, helping newcomers to Canada successfully adapt to their new communities.
Through personalized guidance, information sessions, English conversation circles, workshops, and community referrals, our programs support newcomer individuals and families in overcoming settlement barriers, building connections, and accessing essential resources and services.
Settlement Workers in Schools (MSEP)
The Multicultural, Settlement and Education Partnership (MSEP) supports newcomer students and families as they adjust to the Canadian education system and community life. Through settlement counselling, orientation, advocacy, referrals, and educational workshops, the program helps families access essential services, navigate school systems, and build a sense of belonging in their new communities.
