BMC’s Employment-Related Services program provides individualized employment counselling and comprehensive job search support to help individuals overcome employment barriers and achieve their career goals. Services include career planning, resume and cover letter development, job search strategies, interview preparation, and referrals to relevant community resources. Through personalized guidance and practical support, BMC empowers clients to build confidence, enhance their employability, and secure meaningful, sustainable employment.
