The Youth Employment Skills Strategy program, “Together WE Can,” is for youth between 15 and 30 who are out of school, unemployed, legally entitled to work in Canada and looking to develop their employability skills and gain the experience they need to transition into the labour market successfully.

In this nine-week paid program, BMC will assist youth facing barriers to employment in developing the skills and gaining the experiences they need to find and keep quality jobs. The TWC program will deliver Employment Services, Employment Skills Training, and Quality Employment Opportunities, where youth will be placed in a workplace for six weeks.

• Permanent Resident
