The Employment Services program at BMC, supports clients’ job search capabilities and equips them with the necessary information, skills and tools to search for and find meaningful employment.  Employment Services directly addresses barriers for newcomers who migrate to Canada. Our Employment Program ensures that once clients complete the program, which includes completing the 3-day workshop they are self-sufficient in their job search and become employable in the Canadian Labor Market.
