Integrated Employment Services Delivery (IESD)

The Integrated Employment Services (IESD) program is an employment initiative funded by Employment Ontario through WCG Services Inc. Our program provides personalized, client-centred employment support to help individuals prepare for, obtain, and maintain sustainable employment.

Through comprehensive needs assessments, pre-employment training, job matching, and ongoing retention support, we help clients build on their strengths, develop their skills, and achieve their employment goals. The program also supports local businesses in meeting their staffing needs by offering financial incentives to eligible employers who hire qualified participants.

Our approach focuses on each client’s abilities, skills, and potential, helping them overcome employment barriers and connect with opportunities that support long-term career success.

What we offer:

One-on-one support with resume and cover letter writing, career planning, job search strategies, and employment preparation.
Skills training and development aligned with local labour market needs and employment opportunities.
Referrals to wraparound supports and community services to address barriers to employment.
Specialized employment services and supports tailored to clients from diverse backgrounds and with varying needs.
Connections to local employers, job opportunities, and employer services.
Better Jobs Ontario suitability and eligibility assessments, guidance, and referrals for individuals interested in pursuing further training.
